Terms of Service
By joining Olympus Dove & Gun Club, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your membership, participation in our sporting events, and use of our facilities at Winters Farm, Tennessee.
1. Membership: Olympus Dove & Gun Club is a private sporting club. Membership is granted to individuals who meet our established criteria and pay the required annual dues. Membership is non-transferable and revocable at the club's discretion.
2. Participation: All participants must be at least 18 years of age. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We reserve the right to refuse entry to any individual for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns or behavior.
3. Safety and Liability: Olympus Dove & Gun Club operates under the principle of 'Good Hunts. Great People.' All participants must adhere to our safety protocols and rules. By participating, you acknowledge that we are not liable for any injuries or damages that occur during the course of a hunt.
4. Property and Equipment: The Winters Farm property is a private estate. All hunting equipment, including firearms, must be in good working order and registered with the club. Participants are responsible for the safe handling and storage of their own gear.
5. Amendments: Olympus Dove & Gun Club reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this website, and your continued use of the club's services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
